The primary reason why some exercises work for some people but not for others is that in many people their soft tissues are simply “not ready” for many exercises. 97% of the western world population will have (often hidden) soft tissue issues meaning that their capacity to do many exercises correctly and safely (for THEIR body) is reduced. We explain all this in the group. But if something you are trying is not working despite your best efforts, then this is a strong indication that an exercise is not right for that person right now, so please change strategy and try something different.
